How do I access my request and reply?

This guide will show you how to manage a AAFC Service Desk Ticket.

    1. From the AAFC Service Desk Website, or

Accessing from the AAFC Service Desk website

You will need to know the email address and request (ticket) number.

  1. Browse to the AAFC Service Desk – https://servicedesk.aafc.org.au/
  2. Click Check Ticket Status
  3. Enter your Email address
  4. Enter your ticket number (in the original email or ask your Wing ICTSO
  5. Click Email Access Link
  6. A confirmation will appear that an access link has been sent
    1. Check your Air Force Cadets email.
  7. You will have received an Access Link email
  8. Click on the link within the email
  9. Your ticket will be displayed in your web browser

Accessing from email

You will need access to the email that the ticket was created with.

  1. Open your mail application
  2. Click on the link in the email –“ View this tickets progress online”
  3. Your ticket will be displayed in your web browser

Replying and adding additional information

Once you have the Ticket / Request open you are able:

  • Ask and Reply to questions asked by the assigned Service Desk Staff member
  • Track the status of the Ticket / Request
  • Add additional Information or attachments.
  1. In the “Post a Reply” box enter the information required
  2. Add additional files by Choosing an Item or Drag and Drop
  3. Click Post Reply once completed to submit the update.
