Explanation

Members will find themselves unable to access and complete the eLearning for "Safe Handling and Decanting Quantities of Fuel" if they enrolled in the course before completing the Hand Protection (HPHHGU) online training.

Workaround

This problem can be easily resolved by:

1. Unenroll from the Fuel Safety course (via My Learning > Withdraw from program). 

2. Then complete the Hand Protection course.

3. Once the Hand Protection course appears in your Completed Programs, then enrol in the Fuel Safety Course again.
