Explanation

CEA is configured with some business rules to only allow Bulk Promotion to members under certain conditions. This may include 12 months in rank or Basic Stage accomplishment for CDT for example. This issue is currently under investigation by RCSD with no resolution timeframe indicated.

Workaround

Larger SQNs (> 15 cadets for Bulk Promotion) can submit a Service Desk ticket requesting that to be completed on their behalf by NATHQ IS. Please complete the attached spreadsheet (maintaining all formatting) with the list of cadets to be promoted.

Smaller SQNs can complete promotions via the usual Manage Career option for each individual member.
