Explanation

Some members are having difficulties sending emails to some external accounts, receiving an error messages such as “Other mail system problem” or “Connecting Exchange server version is out-of-date”. This may prevent emails from being received by the account you are sending to.

Workaround

The issue is being investigated, with no timeframe on a resolution. Members can try sending emails to an alternative recipient address.

No need to raise further Service Desk tickets on this issue.
